Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment & Processing
At Greg Wertz Art, all of our prints, canvases, and apparel are printed to order. This means we do not keep a standing inventory; instead, your item is custom-made just for you once the order is placed.

• Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom product.

• Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days after the order is placed (Fulfillment + Shipping).

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping based on the type of art you are purchasing. All orders are shipped via standard ground services (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

Note: Shipping costs for international orders or large-format custom pieces will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been printed and boxed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping Origin
To ensure the fastest delivery, our products are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to your location. Most U.S. orders are fulfilled and shipped from Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX.
